RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time to our warehouse.
  • If you consider your items to be faulty, please first contact our customer services department on info@marzyy.com and give a brief description of the fault, and location of the fault providing photographic detail if you feel this is relevant. It may not always be necessary for you to return your faulty goods to us, and we will evaluate this at the time and on a case by case basis.
  • Faulty good claims must be made within the 7 day period. Anything beyond the 7 days will be considered normal wear and tear
  • The returns parcel remains your responsibility until the goods are received and booked back into our warehouse.
  • Exchanges are sent out on a standard service (not an express service)
  • Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the goods purchased.
  • 200/- PKR will be extra charge on exchange during the normal and sale days.
  • Your shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale/clearance items.
  • Returns can take 2-4 days to process.

We reserve the right to return the items to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, goods will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in. Whilst every effort will be made to replace any stock with like for like product under certain circumstances your preferred product may not be in stock. In this instance, MARZYY reserves the right to issue a refund or credit to the value of the original product value. The product must also pass all other returns criteria.

ACCURACY OF MATERIALS

The materials appearing on MARZYY website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MARZYY does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are 100% accurate, complete or current. MARZYY may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, MARZYY does not make any commitment to update the materials.

PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

Whilst we try to display the colors of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your screen and we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer an alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value otherwise the order had to be canceled.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us.

If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order. We will inform you via email or WhatsApp message, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.4,000/-.
  • We charge Rs.180 on all orders under the value of Rs.4,000/-.
  • Orders received after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next day.
  • TOrders received on Sundays and on any Public Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
  • We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.
